A Healing Journey

Wow! This was an amazing experience! I did not expect to have such a somatic response, and could hardly believe it was happening, and for so long. Both of my arms were having a vigorous workout.
This morning, I played three hours of volleyball with nary a twinge of pain in my shoulder! And there is no aching at all. My elbow issue is much, much reduced, but there is a slight memory still remaining when I stretch my arm out fully. It's almost miraculous what Patti was able to do!

It was a wonderful experience as usual. Patti is lovely and has a way of making you feel so at ease.
